1. Content Writers– Freshers / Freelancer to write Product reviews/ Articles/ Blogs / Online Press releases for our Product reviews site https://www.trend10.in

Key Responsibilities:

-Content Creation: Develop engaging, well-researched, and high-quality content across various formats, including blogs, articles, website copy, social media posts, and email newsletters. The content should be tailored to meet the needs of the target audience while aligning with the company’s goals and objectives.

-Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, relevant topics, and competitive analysis to ensure content is both accurate and informative. Stay updated on emerging topics and best practices, ensuring content is relevant, timely, and informative.

-SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to optimize all content for search engines. This includes keyword research, integrating relevant keywords, crafting compelling meta descriptions, and adhering to formatting guidelines that enhance search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

-Editing & Proofreading: Review, edit, and proofread all content to ensure clarity, grammar, and style are consistent with the company’s brand voice. Ensure that content is error-free and follows the established editorial guidelines, maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.

-Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of the content strategy by identifying new content ideas, topics, and formats based on audience interests, market trends, and business needs. Assist in developing and managing the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent publication.

-Performance Tracking & Optimization: Use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track content performance, including engagement metrics like click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and time on page. Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve content effectiveness and audience engagement.

-Brand Consistency: Ensure that all written content consistently reflects the company’s tone, voice, and messaging across all platforms. Maintain a cohesive and professional brand presence while adapting content to suit various channels and audience segments.

2.WordPress Website Developer-Freshers/ Freelancer to design Product reviews images for website / Social Media

Key Responsibilities:

-Custom Development: Create and implement tailored WordPress solutions, including custom themes, plugins, and website features, to address specific client requirements.

-Code Management: Develop, edit, and debug HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP code to ensure websites perform efficiently and meet functional standards.

-Site Customization: Modify WordPress themes and templates to reflect brand guidelines, design specifications, and client expectations.
Bug Fixes & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve website compatibility issues, performance bottlenecks, and functional errors, ensuring uninterrupted operation.

-Security & Backup: Strengthen website security by deploying SSL certificates, security plugins, and regular backup procedures to safeguard data and prevent vulnerabilities.

-Performance Optimization: Enhance website speed and efficiency by optimizing load times, database queries, and server configurations, ensuring an exceptional user experience

3. Talent Acquisition Executive -Freshers/ Freelancer for Trend01.in , manage all the social handles

Key Responsibilities:

-Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings and screening resumes to coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.

-Onboarding and Orientation: Help facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires and interns by preparing necessary documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring they feel welcomed into the Trend10 team.

-Employee Engagement Initiatives: Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute engagement activities, virtual or in-person events, and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

-HR Documentation & Compliance: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards. Assist in drafting and revising HR policies and procedures.

-Performance Management Assistance: Support the performance review process by helping track employee evaluations, performance metrics, and feedback, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

-Learning & Development Support: Identify training needs and assist in organizing internal workshops and development programs for employees.

-General HR Operations: Provide administrative support for HR operations, including answering employee inquiries, assisting in employee relations, and contributing to special HR projects.

4. Digital Marketing – Freshers/ Freelancer for Trend10.in to build traffic to the site.

Key Responsibilities:

-Plan, create, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.

-Write ad copy, select creatives, and develop high-converting CTAs.

-Use advanced targeting like lookalike audiences and retargeting.

-Run A/B testing to identify high-performing ads.

-Manage ad budgets and control ad spend to maximize ROAS.

-Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and prepare client reports.

-Plan and implement SEO strategies to improve client website visibility.

-Perform keyword research and identify content optimization opportunities.

-Optimize page elements like titles, descriptions, images, and URLs.

-Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve site performance issues.

-Build backlinks through guest posting, outreach, and partnerships.

-Work with content writers to create SEO-friendly blog content.

-Track and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush.
