What is gift card in Book My Show?

Book My Show Gift Card  is a new way of gifting Movies, Plays, Concerts to your loved ones, Gifting just got easy Gift Cards are valid for twelve months from the date of delivery. Gift Cards can be partially redeemed, and redeemed multiple times within the validity period.

Important Point About Book My Show

1) The validity of the gift card is 12 months from the date of purchase. No request for extension of validity will be entertained and the remaining balance if any, will lapse after the expiry date.
2) Within the validity period, the code can be used multiple times till its balance is exhausted.
3) Multiple gift cards can be used in a single transaction.
4) If the balance in the gift card is lower than the transaction value, the balance can be paid using other payment methods.
5) Gift card balance cannot be used to purchase another gift card

8) Please store your gift card code carefully. If lost, the code cannot be retrieved, and no replacement shall be provided against lost / misplaced cards or codes.
9) E-Gift cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.

How To Redeem

• Log in into www.bookmyshow.com or BookMyShow Mobile App.
• Select Location, Event, Venue, Show Date, Time and Seats of your preference as the logic flows.
• On payment page, click on the “More Payment Options” and click on the “Gift Voucher” tab to enter the gift card code in the text box that appears & click on “Apply” button to avail the offer.
• At the end of the successful transaction, Booking ID gets generated which needs to be exchanged at the Cinema / Venue Box Office for actual tickets. Email/SMS confirmation will be sent on the Email Address/Mobile Number provided while completing the transaction.
• Gift card can be redeemed ONLY on in.bookmyshow.com or BookMyShow Mobile App & cannot be redeemed directly at the cinema / venue / box office.
