Position Title: HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings and screening resumes to coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.

-Employee Engagement Initiatives: Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute engagement activities, virtual or in-person events, and initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

-HR Documentation & Compliance: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards. Assist in drafting and revising HR policies and procedures.

-Performance Management Assistance: Support the performance review process by helping track employee evaluations, performance metrics, and feedback, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

-Learning & Development Support: Identify training needs and assist in organizing internal workshops and development programs for both new hires and existing team members.

-General HR Operations: Provide administrative support for HR operations, including answering employee inquiries, assisting in employee relations, and contributing to special HR projects.

What We’re Looking For:

· Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

· Strong Organizational Skills: A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

· People-Oriented Attitude: A passion for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, with a strong sense of empathy and interpersonal skills.

· Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HR software and tools, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.), and a willingness to learn new platforms as needed.

· Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive in identifying and addressing HR-related challenges and contributing creative solutions to improve company processes.

· Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
